I can't see where I should list the passenger names in my basket
When you follow the checkout process, you will find a special instructions box. Please enter all your passenger names here.
The seat numbers I want are not on the drop down list
If the seat numbers are not visible, this means they have already been booked by another passenger on this holiday. Please note seat numbers are not guaranteed until your confirmation with booking reference number has been received
Are all your holidays shown on your website?
Yes, all our general sale holidays for the current year are available via our website. However, some special offer holidays may be announced throughout the year, so make sure you join our mailing list to keep up to date.
I have a wheelchair. Can I travel on your holidays?
The majority of the hotels we use have a lift, and we always state if there is no lift in a hotel we are using. Some hotels also have disabled rooms which are available on request. We are happy to carry wheelchairs or mobility scooters in our coaches, provided we are notified in advance. Unfortunately our coaches do not have wheelchair lifts, so you must be able to get yourself on and off of the coach.
Where do you pick up for your holidays?
Our pick up points are all in the South Leicestershire and Northamptonshire area, including Market Harborough, Kettering, Hinckley, Northampton, and some surrounding villages. The pick up points for each holiday are listed when you book.
I want to come on your holiday but I don't live in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. What can I do?
Depending on where you live, we may be able to arrange a pick up enroute to resort. Otherwise, please contact us and we can give you a self-drive price for the holiday - using your own transportation to get to the hotel.
