To book your holiday, choose from the following options:
THROUGH THE WEBSITE
1. Go to your chosen holiday and select your seat number, pick up point and room type, then click "add"
2. Repeat step 1 for each passenger
*Do not use the quantity option as your seat numbers will not be selected*
3. When you have completed steps 1 & 2, go to your basket and check all the details, then continue to checkout.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions through the checkout process - make sure you put in any additional passenger names in the Special Instructions
Box, as well as any special requests (see below)
5. You will receive an email confirming your booking with your booking reference number. Your booking is not confirmed until this point.
6. Please note when booking online, full payment must be made at time of booking.
BY PHONE/EMAIL & POST
1. Phone or email our office to provisionally hold space on your chosen holiday, and to request a booking form
2. Your booking form will be posted out to you, and a provisional booking will be held for up to 2 weeks
3. Please complete the booking form and return it to us with either a deposit of £25 per person, or full payment by cheque. Please note we do not have
any facility to take credit card payment using this method.
4. You will receive a confirmation by post with your booking reference number. Your booking is not confirmed until this point.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests (e.g. room / bathroom requests, dietary requirements) must be notified at time of booking. Please note these can not be guaranteed, although we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
BULKY LUGGAGE ITEMS
Bulky Luggage Items (e.g. wheelchair, mobility scooter) must be notified at time of booking. There is no guarantee these items will be carried if prior notification is not received.
SEAT NUMBERS
Seat numbers are subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Seat numbers are not guaranteed until your confirmation has been received.
